Gf scraped Z

Girlfriend took Z to school today. Pulls in to park and eats some steel wire railings. How much will this cost to repair? Do you guys think I can get it buffed out? One of the damages, I don't even see the paint anymore. It's deep that I can see the plastic of the bumper.

lol guys take it easy. first thing she did was went to this forum and browsed for solution and fixes. she feels really bad.

Seriously, any fix solution or cant repair and i have to go full new side fender and front bumper.

LOl nice phone case. They can probably fix it. I was quoted $700 bucks to repaint my bumper when I hit a ladder on the freeway. That was them taking off the bumper, filling in the damaged spot and repaint/clear the whole bumper. I went the cheap route and had them fix it by spot painting and clearing the damaged area. This option cost $240. You would be hard pressed to see the fixed area. In the meantime I would clay bar the area and see if some of the scuff marks go away. Don't try touch up paint. It will end up looking like crap.

Perhaps she's a keeper after all.

And it's not serious, it's a small spot, easily fixable. My wife had done a lot worse than that.

Where are you in Cali?

Jinxx 09-22-2016 09:25 PM

One option ... to by time till you have it repaired .. you plasti dip the front black like a painted on bra.... that would be a " cheap" fix .... but a good body shop should be able to repair between 600-800 bucks

Your gf will find other creative ways to make it up...........

DEpointfive0 09-22-2016 09:51 PM

That's the least amount of damage I've ever seen...

Personally I wouldn't even fix that bitch... Call it character. If you really did... $100-250 depending on how much the shops near you like you/how much they want to fúck you.

My shop might do that for $50 for me.

Reminds me of the time my gf curbed my new wheels. She felt so bad and I was angry, but I couldn't be mad, I let her drive it, so it's really my fault, plus I didn't want to sleep on the couch.
