I agree, when I first bought my car is was raining pretty good on the hour plus ride home and I really missed the rear wiper my 300ZX had but

Here in Australia we get it standard. I don't think it's needed unless you don't like washing your car often. You can't see much out of the window anyway, even when it is clean. I agree it does look better without it, but ah well.
