I'll race any pony car/WRX/Civic/M series/AMG in my Grand Cherokee... offroad. I'll win the second we get to the first obstacle more than 8" high.:driving:

Well, if you race from Los Angeles to some off road trail leading to a hill in some park in NY, those cars will reach NY and clear up the 8" obstacles long before you get there.

For me, Dodge challenger is only one 'true' muscle car currently existing.

Unless they do harm to you, I think they would deserve doing the high reving.

(I hope you be safe from any other cars)

:D

Pick 'em up trucks here!
But yes, Challengers in the next town.

Mustangs stalk me all day everyday in my neck of the woods. Soooo annoying... but when in in my Sentra no one wants to play!

LOL, It is the small town syndrome, moved here 23 years ago for job with a two year commitment and I never left. Small town country boy at heart, spent 26 years driving a 4x4 in the wilds of AZ and OR.

When I lived in Phx we would take the jeep up the "back way" to Crown king  That and the canyons near Florence were awesome.

It seems that we have differing opinions of what a "true" muscle car is. While the Challenger may (or may not; from what little I've read recently the competition is pretty stiff and ratings/reviews tend to be exaggerated) be the top muscle car today, it is certainly not the only one and will probably not hold the title for long. YMMV

I've got one too... LOL I think everyone does. The problem is, I would put him in my car years ago and scare the crap out of him. I keep asking him to go to Zdayz with me, All I get is a no. Something about being older and wiser and how we were so lucky to still be alive because of all the crazy stuff "I" did. I told him my wife had me de-balled and he still won't go. I helped him get a classic 1987 Trans Am GTA with a 350 a couple of years ago in my area with only 3x,xxx miles on it. He and his wife hitched a ride 2 1/2 hrs to get the car with his father and mother inlaw. The story goes they talked about all the crazy stuff I use to do years ago. It took the whole trip. I didn't think I did that much crazy stuff. Go figure.

No one wanted to play with my wife's Sentra. Not even me. I'm so glad that car's gone.

I'm still known as the insane one in my group of friends. After he got the Camaro, he took me for a ride. Afterwards, I told him "Get out. Let me show you how to drive this bitch." and then proceeded to scare the **** out of him

edk370 08-11-2016 09:33 AM

Well, because it's a "Challenger." It's not just titular ya know? ;)
