Wow, I can't recall how many of my friends got screwed by uninsured drivers in SoCal. Believe it or not, a similar event happened to one of my friend's girlfriend.

Wow, I can't recall how many of my friends got screwed by uninsured drivers in SoCal. Believe it or not, a similar event happened to one of my friend's girlfriend. A car backed into her Mini at a uphill stoplight and floored away, unfortunately she was in such a shock at the moment that she just couldn't recall the plates numbers or even the model of the truck. Luckily, a witness was able to provide statements and the driver ended up being an undocumented citizen.
