My honest opinion? Very few cars can pull off looking good both as a roadster and a hardtop. The Z isn't one of them. You'll probably be improving it.

That doesn't look stable at all. At least from the image, it looks like it's attached only to the bumper, on the sides for the license plate opening. Unless it's connected to the car frame some how, this really doesn't make much sense.

The wing is bolted to curved brackets passing through slots in the bumper cover. I presume the brackets are bolted to the rear bumper structure.

He ended up re-enforcing the braces and I believe he is no longer going to use the wing because the wing itself was fracturing under the pressure of all the down force. Tommy has a build thread. Lots of good info on that particular wing.

Thanks, that brings things into perspective.

Explain how my question wasn't valid? I don't know who the guy is who added that wing, nor do I know how it was installed, therefore I questioned it. Without knowing it was reinforced, there's no sense in that installation other than for show.

At least the above users provided insight on the install.

That still doesn't answer my question. Explain why my initial questioning wasn't valid. You responded to me like it should've been some form of common knowledge, rather than explaining the different mounting options.

Lol, ok, you clearly have no understanding of what I'm asking. Next time, don't give off an elitist attitude, or I'll call you out on it again.

So you admit your elitist, arrogant attitude? Glad we got that cleared up. Or is that common knowledge?

And given how you still couldn't answer a basic question, I guess I'd attribute that to your bad reading comprehension.
