Contact with Evo-R/Nugen Auto
Has anyone tried contacting them for the past 2 days with no reply?
Ordered a part and need the address updated but no one has been replying back or answering the phone.... |
Evo-R or Nugen? You'll never hear back from Evo-R once he has your money.

I suggest that we Z owners boycott all EVO-R items, regardless who they are sold through. If EVO-R is dishonest enough to take our $ without delivering the goods, then he needs to be hit the hardest where it hurts the most, the bank account.

Kind of disappointing to find out a lot of these places, like Fly1 too, either take forever to ship (because it's made to order) or they just straight up never respond. unprofessional. Looks like the people who did receive items are getting quality items, very sad.. could be making a lot more money with better customer service

Never order from Evo-R direct....as previously said, go through a forum vendor to get the part after making sure they do have it in stock.
As for Nugen...I recently got an Evo-R piece through them and the transaction went flawless. This was about 2 weeks ago. |

I'm confused, if you ordered direct from Evo-R site why are you trying to contact Nugen too?
I've had good luck with Evo-R. I just contact Jay at Evo-R before I order and make sure the part is in stock and ready to ship out. Then I have it in about a week. |

Nugen has no relationship to Evo-R other than selling some of his products. Jay is the principal of Evo-R.

I ordered EVO-R Nismo DRL and they arrived pretty fast (4 days) directly from Taipei.

I've been witnessing this same bullsh1t on this forum for years. Sad that the admins still support/permit such shady practices. I guess $ rules all. Shame on them for allowing it to continue. I would've banned that loser years ago.
If you were all smart, you would only go through vendors who accept straight up credit card transactions where you can do a charge back at the hint of shady business practices. Those of you who still haven't gotten refunds after multiple years, you should be ashamed of yourselves for not wreaking havoc and causing hell. |

I went ahead and purchased some CF overlays from Evo-R after I bought my Z last year. I paypal'd right away, waited 3 days, didnt hear from him with tracking, emailed EvoR, didnt hear anything for a day, promptly got a refund thru PayPal
The guy is awful and has zero communication. |

Thanks for weighing in Trip..can we set up a sticky thread so that forum members can rate their buying experiences per vendor? Btw I did pay my dues today to become a premium member. Perhaps that should be a prerequisite to complaining about being ripped of by our sponsored vendors.
