Lady made right on red into my lane...

So was driving home lastnight when a lady made a right on red into both lanes of travel and I hit her. She told the police I had green and she didnt see me. But heres the damage

Ouch.... looks like about $8k in damage..... make sure you get her insurance to cover a decent rental for the 6 to 8 weeks you'll be down....

This is my worst nightmare. *****ng people on phones. Looks like 7-9k in damages. I will demand a nice rental too. That's very unfortunate.

I just want it fixed right honestly. and ill never drive the car for anything but a meet or to the track ever again. She was about 70+ and said she didnt see me....
