Brings back bad memories
I used to live in California and had a 66 Sport Fury. I swapped the iron 2 bbl intake for an aluminum 4bbl and CARB went nuts. I tried explaining to them that Chevy and Ford went to smog stuff in 66 but Chrysler didn't until 67. They were like dealing with the KGB. Rude, condescending, mocking, you name it...after being kept one hold one full hour (I timed it). I had to go to a ref who passed it every time and told me what jerks they were. I moved. Not over this but it was one of the last straws....

He got me for modified exhaust as well. I did talk to him and he said he reffed me due to the exhaust. He did give me a really hard time saying the carb sticker said "Steve Millen and Stillen are two completely different companies". I tried telling him that it was just an abbreviation of his name, but they weren't having it. |

So I just went for the 2nd time to the ref. Failed the visual first time due to the fact Stillen still needs to update the ARB EO # for 15/16 models. Passed this time. I did go and try and pay it off first, but apparently they said I needed the ref certificate or I couldn't smog my car. I think I got trolled by the court lol. Anyway it's all taken care of and only had to pay 25$ correction fee and 8.25$ ref fee.
