my 2012 z does the same thing. I noticed this when I accidently held the button for a few seconds and accidently opened the windows at work during a rain

I noticed this when I accidently held the button for a few seconds and accidently opened the windows at work during a rain storm. the drivers side got more wet than the passenger side.
