You take your chances in California with no front plate. Each area seems to enforce the law to different levels.
I do not run a front plate on any of my Z cars but I know I run the risk of being pulled over. Then comes discovery of open warrants, finding contraband I forgot about, having to explain the blood stains, cavity searches and then prison sex... What are you going to do...
