Bmw has too many bells and whistles a person will never use. My mother just leased a 428i convertible and 95% functions she has no clue about.

I spent about 5 hours familiarize with the Lexus and I can see using majority of the functions in it

mine is the G-coupe. everything is fine until you have to pickup ur kid in the rain or storm. u can't buckle ur kid in without reaching in with the door open. which means ur door panel gets all wet along with the switch controls on the door. wat? close the door?.. yah, good luck getting out. lol

just get something with dedicated rear doors and ure set.

now a days my kids can buckle themselves in so no issue.

I believe that's a stock RC-F he's got there.

Beautiful car. If I could afford it I would do the same. :-)

You can get "2" 370's for that price...

Congrats!

good choice! that was one of my options in selecting a daily driver. u cant go wrong with NA V8!!

I hope the suspension/ride is more compliant than the previous IS-F. Of course, I'm only quoting what I've read and saw on a Top Gear test, but the ride was said to be punishing. Seems odd for a Lexus..?

That does seem like an odd description. I've driven a 2008 IS-F and the ride was far from what I'd call punishing.

The ride is pretty harsh given its a Lexus. I do feel every bump and imperfection on the road and the ride is fairly stiff. I just watched the comparison between the RCF and M3 on YouTube by Motortrend, and they said the rcf suspension is much softer than the M3 lol. The lap time was only 3/10 second slower.
Coming from the 370, ride quality is improved in a sense the cabin is dead quiet with no rattles and the sound of the v8 when the air intake flap opens up is pure bliss.

Thanks :)
