It cost me 8000 to get custom paint color change on my corvette, and most of the body work was already done. Thats for a paint job with 5 coats

It cost me 8000 to get custom paint color change on my corvette, and most of the body work was already done. Thats for a paint job with 5 coats of clear and wetsanded though, standard repaint would have been 4500, and the corvette is a lot easier to do a color change on than a 370z, because most of the hidden parts are unpainted composite material.
