That is what a dealership does to remedy the issue. Drop the subframe and replace the whole piece when the bushing is the only thing that needs replacement. It is a quicker buck.
A shop that specializes in Nissan and Infiniti will be able to do this for 500 - 550 aftermarket parts and labor.
