Wtf is going on with this. Checked twitter and it looks like a Nexus 7 running a cheap custom ui. The mock ups are full on Tesla sized displays. Not to mention they seemed to have gone ahead with the prototype pace of a snail.... Voted anyways.

Very curious about this product.

Given the nature of the new connectivity capabilities you're introducing into these cars, what steps have you guys taken in ensuring the security of these new connections?

There are two new remote entry points (close proximity and medium proximity) and one local entry point into the OBD system with this thing. With the cloud storage option, I imagine the architecture in this system would create the opportunity for remote access directly into the ECU.

We have a long history in security, encryption and authentication. Everything is password authenticated via encrypted communications.
