I would go thru the insurance cuz you will need a rental while its fixed too. She is doing it this way to keep her insurnace from going up and

I would go thru the insurance cuz you will need a rental while its fixed too. She is doing it this way to keep her insurnace from going up and if you let her do it that way she can stiff you on things. Plus she needs higher insurance just for leaving the scene, she only came back cuz she knew you got her plate so I would be an *** and notlet her off the hook. If she is let off the hook she will do it again.
