2014, no questions asked:

#1: New cars are for suckers in terms of depreciation, especially a sports car, gas guzzler, 2 seater that can carry no more than a few groceries...

#2 APR on loans depending on terms should be no more than 3% if you have good credit. The difference you'll be paying on interest FAR OUT WEIGHTS the cost of all the additional features you'll be getting on the 2014

#3 13K miles is a joke on a car this well built.. its practically at 0 miles in my opinion

#4 I always ask people this question...once the glamour and glitz have gone away of a "base" new car you don't want to pull up next to a guy with all the options you could have and then say to yourself....f_ck. Trust me i was there with my first Z. Loved it to death but did wish for all the options once I had it for a few months

Always keep this in mind when shopping for what you WANT..."Price is only an issue in the absence of value"

Good luck!

I traded a G37s coupe for a base sport Z. All that never happened. I guess it depends if you give a Eff about what the Joneses are doing ???

I say f*ck the Joneses n there mama's. I do it for me not to impress. But that's just me...

Agreed, if your worried about impressing people. The car itself usually will do that but the options are solely for you. Base sport and touring sport look identical from the outside. All the interior stuff is for you, Heated/cooled seats, back up camera, etc..its all for convenience.
