The other is a certified pre-owned though too..so I would be a getting a decent warranty with that one as well. I'm thinking it would cost quite a bit more if I were to add on later? I could live without the Bose..but I think I would miss the heated leather seats.

It doesn't come with anything you aren't already paying for, trust me. Whatever warranty it comes with is not worth the chance that the previous owner beat the $hit out of the car for a year before trading it in
