That switch doesn't turn it off... It doesn't do anything really, I think you need a transponder with it.

I had this in my Maxima, had it ripped out because it was fücking with the car. The one that was in it was REALLY intricate, it could roll the windows up, lock the doors and turn the car off.

I was told 99% of cars that lived at a Power dealer had these installed

What's a Power Dealer

Dealer network, they got bought by Auto Nation
I don't know if all Auto Nation's put these on their cars, but most Power's did

The green button can be used to adjust the sensitivity of the alarm. I called Karrtrack and asked. There is a sequence and such and the light blinks accordingly. My SRT was way too sensitive. It may do some other simple function, but that is what I know from speaking to them via phone.

This add-on is popular in the southwest US, as my Z is from the Bay Area and my SRT is from San Diego. (We recently moved to NC, bad idea, but I digress). With the tracking, I get text message alerts when my alarm goes off, I can track its movement in realtime. It came in handy when the transport semi took my cars across country. I could see exactly where it was in the U.S. at all times.
