Default would like good mech advice

I have an auto sport with headers , berk cats , Fast Intentions exhaust , stillen underdrive pulley , Gen 3 intake with modded grill , and Technosquare reflash. My question is I want to occaisionally track my car and am worried about cooling for the transmission ( I have oil cooler and am getting a diff cooler ) When running my car hard I am always in manual mode supposedly locked up , is this straight gears or should i worry about heat , I love this tranny and want to take care of it .
Second question is when doing the 1/4 , 1st and 2nd spin very easily and there is a big jump to 3rd , I feel if 1 and 2 were taller it would hit just perfect going into 3rd , I didnt have technosquare move the rev limit to 8000 and think if they did it may be what I am looking for ?
