I have a better solution:

1) Transfer the title to me
2) Ship the car to Kansas
3) Take your driver's license to the DMV and turn it in because:
4) You are too ignorant to own a car....:gtfo2:

A 'fixit' ticket is a zero fine offense. Fix the problem and drive on. But, take it to court and you will probably wind up with a $$$ fine for being ignorant.

Don't know the law in California but if you go to court in NJ you have to pay a $30 court fee whether you win the case or not. You may end up paying for something you originally didn't have to pay to fix

You sir is why there is the separation from the people who will accept responsibility for their actions and the one's who think they can try and snake by at every little possibility. :owned:

We will all now assume that you will be a Hillary voter since you seem to take your behavioral and moral clues from her. It's nothing to be proud of.
And, IBTL

lmao sure bro.. and where's the proof that you got away with it? I'd like to see and how is it that you would get away with it when you said previously you would still have to pay the fine.

Cool you don't take your tint off and leave your front license plate off. You'll get pulled over for it again and just keep whining.

Also what happened to the other post I quoted by you being your last??? lol

Have a good one salty! :happydance: :drama:

Tints are staying on. I got a cop friend I don't know how to prove that. Couldn't stop myself from replying to you and seeing how you'reaL crying so much:icon17: I can already guess your history. Bad luck entire life, got caught, had to pay fine peel off tint now wishes others have bad luck like you too. Sorry, I'm not an idiot like some others that would cough up money and pay when I can't get it cleared. Bring on the flame and tears. That's all you've been doing.

hopefully some mod can lock this thread before you cry your eyes out. :'(

Provide your cop friend's name, badge number and department so we can validate. Really, I just want the information so I can report both of you douchebags.

Actually no completely the opposite. And Who here says I'm crying.. If you look at what every one else has said it is you who is crying. lol I have a spotless driving record so again I ask you to :gtfo2: and stop acting like you know everything around here. LMAO :inoutroflpuke: If you think I am lying I work for State Farm Insurance and am licensed by the state of california to sell and service insurance policies. So I can look at my driving record whenever I want.
Been here for 64 posts most of them being probably on this thread and only been here a month.

Get use to it living in California.. Once you have been pulled over for tints and no front plate they have you're number..all my car I had growing up I had tinted windows Andean no plate and every few months I would get pulled over and get a fix it ticket!! Yes even when I had my windows rolled down.. They find another reason to pull you over and the ask you to roll up the windows..been there and one that! You don't want any problems follow the laws..Now that I live in NV where window tint is legal I still get pulled over in California when I come down to visit for window tint..Can they ticket me yes they can because I am in their state and must follow California laws, but so far they have let me go because I can fight it and will win in court..

mishuko 08-10-2015 10:46 AM

you know in toronto they have camera's attached to cop cars that snipe your plates and automatically run them against the computer so that they can see if you have outstanding fines/issues and will harass you more.

they do it from time to time at 'car meets' and while on the road. other cars they will just follow you and run your plate manually.

now that you're written up good luck staying off their radar

I'm either lucky or don't fit the profile of people that say they get pulled over often for chickens**t reason. I have not owned a car in CA with a front plate installed since 1984. I got 1 ticket in all that time and it was by a weasel cop. I used to live near a school zone and knew it was heavily patrolled. One day, doing about 20 MPH in a 25 zone I saw a motorcycle officer ahead had pulled a soccer mom in a minivan over and was writing her up for some infraction. He stepped out into the street, pointed at me and then pointed at the curb. WTF I thought, I sure wasn't speeding. He finished with soccer mom and then came over and wrote me a no front plate ticket no questions asked. I put the plate on, got it signed off and promptly removed it again. That was 2 cars ago, haven't been hassled since.
