I got collector plates for m Z a week or two ago.
No more emissions testing

You're thinking of "classic" plates. Collector plates are for limited production or rare vehicles, as long as they're were less than 8000 sold of your model year you're eligible.

Didn't realize Ohio had emissions testing. I know we don't up in the Toledo area.
