Wow, some dudes are ********! I hope insurance company takes care of it.
Here's a little upside: http://wordpress.carthrottle.com/wp-...crash-meme.png |
Glad your ok, hopefully the damage is minor. In NJ it is better to just stay in your lane/right of way and take the bigger hit money wise. But for the car the less items that are damaged the better, it's very hard to get things to like new after a lot of damage.

You guys know anything about this PPG Waterborne paint?
PPG Refinish - Waterborne Someone recommended me a shop and the shop told me this is the type of paint they use. I am not sure what the Dealership body shops use, but just wanted an idea before I ship my car over to one place or another. |

There she goes :( It's a Nissan Certified body shop that the dealers all use so I hope it will be back to factory spec. |

im sorry that happened man. i have the same car/city as you. i recently almost got pushed into a wall with out a shoulder with someone going into my lane. for about 2 days i always passed people in the left lane with extra speed because of my almost wreck.
i'll tell you one thing if everyone drove as fast an well as i do there would be a lot less wrecks and people would get to where they are going a bit faster haha. good luck on the repairs. do whatever it takes to make sure that everything is fixed like it is supposed to, even if you have to take someone with you to the shop when it is done to check it out. |
A buddy of mine works for a major insurance company and he said there has been an increase in the number of claims involving drivers blaming another driver for their accident. It hard to disprove, but insurance companies are skeptical behind many of these claims when no information of the other party (vehicle) is provided. Many times the insurance company tries to claim under collision vice uninsured motorist which leads to higher insurance rates. The consensus amoung insurance claims adjusters is that the person involved in the single person (car) accident is the one at fault and tries to make it out that they were the victim due to their own neglect, i.e., distractions such as texting, talking on the phone, etc.
Best of luck on your dealings with the insurance company. |
Hang in there, it will be back on the road soon.
