Seriously, I have been on the phone twice today demanding that they replace the cover... but he is fixed on wanting to repair it and is having the shop sand the paint off for him to take a 3rd look at the bumper to determine whether it be replaced or repaired! He told me it was too hard to tell and that the cracks were not big enough to outright replace it!!! I swear if he says they are going to repair this bumper I am going to his supervisor and up the ladder kicking and screaming! They are also refusing to repair the exhaust too! I need to cool down cause between this guy and my ex today I need to shoot something!!!
