I dyno tune bikes for a living using a very well maintained 250i Dynojet dyno. No way 125 rwhp for a 636 on Dynojet dyno (would need motor work). 110 yes. Tuned over 60 of these bikes, 114 was the most. GSXR 750 will make 125 rwhp on Dynojet dyno.

^ his bike does have alot of work done to it, he has it listed in the vehicles section of the useless thread, go check it out:tup:

Just looked at his mods. Sorry but K&N air filter, jumper mod, full aftermarket exhaust, PCIII with custom map (on 636) will not show 125 rwhp on Dynojet dyno unless it is a very, very generous dyno. Tuned two 2006 Kawasaki 636's yesterday with similar mods that were going to track last night. One made 110 the other 114. As I had said, GSXR 750 will make 125 rwhp. I do agree his 110rwhp would be true on Dynojet dyno, not 125. Thanks for telling me to look at his mods.

Did you make space tracks?

I hit 120 going to redline per gear change with my 7AT, or thereabouts. I looked over after hitting redline in 4th I think, and hit the brakes. That was fast enough...

Now, on the highway, I find myself regularly hitting 90+ when passing someone/something. I've gotta find a way to turn my lead foot to gold, so I can have a stockpile of ticket money ;)

was 80'ish...

last night, broke 90

zomg ftw!

Thats according to the guy that tuned my bike. He's a tuner that travels the country tuning for a race team (i forget which one). According to him, he feels that on a Dynojet it would put down 125, but i've never dynoed on one. (which is why i said -ish in my post, maybe I should have posted all this story to go with it) I do have the dyno sheet for 110 though, but it's packed up in my storage unit. Take it for what it's worth...

fairladyZ34 10-18-2009 04:09 PM

one hundo, i still got less than 1500 on the odometer

Your bike is making the power it should. You've got a good bike!

Togo 10-18-2009 07:27 PM

Oh i'm not worried about the power it is making, I'm not Rossi so I can't utilize all 110RWHP on a track. :D Just wanted to clarify my comment on the 125, I have no proof it will make that much on a dyno jet, just the speculation of the tuner.
