bought my 2014 touring + sports package 6MT brand new for 37k. leather, heated seats, navi, heated mirrors, etc. So worth the money i have all the goodies in a sexy sports car. Nismo tech has no heated seats and no power seats, like really ? 47k and no heated and power seats ?.

Edit: Just comparing...my 3.8 has all that, moonroof, baseball leather, bluelink ( I can start my car with my phone and more) 350hp for less. No, it's not a nissan. No it's not as quick, but very close. Back in '13 they wanted over $41k. Good job. |
Why are people obsessed with heated leather and power seats? You will heat the seats yourself if you drive it the way it's meant to be driven, and there's no reason to ever adjust the seats in a 370z - you don't ever move them forward to let someone in the back.
I am perfectly happy with my functional, non-tech bloated, Recaro seats. |

I have a 13' Nismo. I originally tried to find a under 10k mileage touring + sports package + Nav + manual. I soon came to find out I would have a better chance winning the Powerball than finding one. The one time I did find one, the dealer took it out of storage to clean it and get it ready to show me, some dude walked in off the street and bought it before I even laid eyes on it. I ended up seeing the Nismo's on the lot and was just drawn to them. I bought one and told myself "you are buying this because it's a true sports car, that's why it doesn't have the bells and whistles.
As much as I have told myself that and as much as I enjoy driving the car, I still get a little disappointed with the limited tech and options the interior has. It seems like just about every vehicle from 2011 and up have more tech options than my car. I can't tell you how many times someone has jumped in my passenger seat and hit the button on the cubby while saying "sweet it's got Nav too" only to find out it's the most worthless cubby hole ever. Looking back on it all, I could have probably just bought a brand new sport/touring/nav for what I paid for my used Nismo. Le Sigh, truly can't have your cake and eat it too. |

Call me old school but I prefer a more driver focused interior without all the fancy stuff inside. My buddy's 14 Grand Cherokee Limited has heated seats, big nav and all the other stuff inside. While nice, I don't need anything like that.
All I need is an Aux In to play music from my phone and I'm good to go. *shrug* |

i prefer cloth seats on my sports car... and i guess i would never use heated seats cause i dont drive the car in the winter. i dont remember the last time i used my seat heaters on my G35C... |

i luv my current setup. it's very basic, only the necessities, no luxury. |
I don't get the need for all the tech in a sports car either...my 370z was a base sport, sometime did I want leather...most of the time no. I went all out in my 350z dual screen carpc ton of money and work, and when I go the 370z, didn't even change the stock stereo, I realized all the money I dumped into that pc and audio was a waste for what the purpose of the car is...think of it like the z28...bare bones on purpose! Only thing I might say needed to be standard is HFL for the cell, that would be the only thing I would say Id want from the factory. I was looking at new stangs and I dont like the cloth seats but you have to get the MFT crap if you want leather...no thanks. With that said, get what you want, and the aftermarket always has options.
