Awesome!

While its ABSOLUTELY stunning....doesnt cutting the roof off a NISMO kinda not really make it, well a NISMO?
|
Man...Nissan is milking the Z34 for all its worth...lol. But that thing is just gorgeous. Bet MSRP fully loaded is over $61K.
|
wow didn't see that coming lol
|
my take on it is with the 370Z on its last legs and this being a "design study" in my opinion it will never happen as a Z34 unless they intend to do it for 1 year next year..but this could mean the Z35 NISMO could be launched as a coupe and convert
|
Looks good!
|
Did NOT see that coming at all! lol
I am a roadster fan so this baby is right up my ally! Love it!!!! Not sure if I am OK with it being $61K though Kinda bummed I didn't start this thread. I just found our like 15 minutes ago and thought, "IM GONNA BE THE FIRST TO ANNOUNCE!!!" lol |
Anybody can have that by putting the Nismo kit on their roadster. And it's not even huge money.
The performance part can easily be attained with aftermarket parts. |
k, for the first time ever, the roaster looks BETTER than the coupe!

The Nissan 370Z NISMO Roadster Concept Is An Easy Decision |

Considering all of the Nismo parts are interchangeable with the coupe (aside from 1 tweak to the liftgate), this is kind of a no-brainer. But, the fact that the Nismo now comes in 7AT and 6MT would make it difficult. 10-20% of coupes sold are Nismos, the roadster is even more niche, then you have to decide if you do stock a Nismo roadster whether to get it in AT or MT. It almost seems like we are getting to the point where you would need to custom order a Nismo roadster because sales volume will be so low.

That is quite honestly one of the best looking CARS I've seen. I see a lot of F-type Jag in it. Gorgeous. If this car came in midnight blue, with tan/orange interior, Nav, all the goodies, etc, and had maybe 350 whp for about $50k I'd buy one tomorrow. You listening Nissan????
|
I like how they didn't bother to show it with the top up. That's the only problem with the regular roadster.

What part of Florida do you live in that it doesn't rain? I haven't like any of the vert Z, this the best looking one but I still think they are ugly.

There are only 2 good performance roadsters and the only reason they are good roadsters because there never was a coup options. Miata and the S2000. It it was a hard top convertible maybe but a soft top just won't look right. IMO this is Nissan just slapping the nismo logo on anything to charge a lot more. They even made a nismo leaf.

uhh, ya, leave the top down.

From looking at this. It looks like Nissan has a warehouse or 3 full of '15 Z34 Nismo parts that they would like to get rid of before bringing out the Z35. :shakes head:
|
I swear, love the look. That style, with 330 to 350 to the wheel, with all tech and touring seats...for $50k or so? I'm in.

I would have bought the Nismo roadster instead of the coupe if it were on the lot. This is prime top-down season, it's been in the 50s at night so that means no more 90s during the day like the rest of the year :p |
