Looks good! Nice work!

Are you considering plasti dipping your Nismo emblem with a red "O" to match the 2014's?

Did you plasti dip your wheels too?

Dip the entire NISMO emblem black & after it dries, go back with a small paintbrush or q-tip and use red plastidip on the "O"

Peel the tape and you're good to go!

I did just the NISM in black and just covered with tape the O and then after that was completely dry I just covered the NISM and plasti dipped the O. Here's minehttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/01/26/ruge7e7u.jpg

Do you guys know if plasti dip damages the clear coat in any way? Looks like it can be a cheaper alternative to wrapping.

From what I heard and read, it doesn't damage the paint, a con from my opinion is that in some places it does come of easy. The job I did on mine, I used about 4 Cans

MacLean 01-28-2014 04:46 PM

Looks pretty sweet looking.

JaviZ 01-28-2014 04:51 PM

Yea looks like it can be a pain peeling between the panels.

I'm in to see how it holds up for you.

It's been working really good so far, I recommend to do around 5-6 coats as I only did 3 the first time and it's not to make look I wanna say full but ur trying to to get a thick layer. But yea so far so good.

Not at all, just beware to have your wheels grease free and also water free. Sometimes when you wash your wheels water stays on the lock nut space and that will make paint not adhere.

Have a friend that sprayed PlastiDip on the rear bumper area that has the license plate.
Looked OK.However, decided to do the flat area in carbon fiber to match his diffuser.
Had no problem removing the PlastiDip.
The CF(got from ZCF)looked much better though.
