Dealer flushed the DOT3 fluid (OEM) out, filled with fresh DOT 4, bled properly and problem solved. Our cars run very hot and with the fluids absorbing water over time, thus lowering the boiling point, the DOT 3 fluid boils at much lower temps rendering it useless.
