My understanding was the Steering Lock Fuse issue was a 2009-2010 deal that was fixed by 2011 model year. Do I need to do it when my 2013 Nismo arrives?

Pull Steering Lock Fuse on 2013 Nismo?
My understanding was the Steering Lock Fuse issue was a 2009-2010 deal that was fixed by 2011 model year. Do I need to do it when my 2013 Nismo arrives?
