Does the nismo come with power windows an locks?

No. To save weight they didn't include side windows on the Nismo. And without windows, locks were not needed. Remote start is voice activated.

Actually, it does come with power windows and locks. No remote start, probably wouldnt want that on a manual. Try looking at nissans website.

Yep, they took the steering wheel of and such to save weight because the Nismo weighs more because of the body kit and such

Yes, the nismo comes with power windows, locks, cruise control, and a litany of other features. It does not come with remote start and you should not add it to a manual.
