No. Nissan won't sell it either because they want you to buy it at the dealership.

I have a Pioneer AVIC-Z140BH in my NISMO (lower double DIN slot) and love it to pieces. I've heard of people using a setup where the lower DIN slot is used for the head unit and they run a separate monitor up to the "storage compartment" area but honestly, I like being able to throw my sunglasses in there.
