What is a good price for the 2012 fully equipped nismo??

i paid a tick under invoice in 2010 @ $37,770 (ill kick plates, all carpets)

but I didnt go thru nissan to finance.

I got mine in february and I paid 38,500. Make dealers compete. You feel like an *** for doing it, but they will bid each other down.

About to purchase this 2011 PW with about 10k miles for around 33k if that helps any.
