Wow, that is definitely a garage queen. I remember when I was shopping around for a Viper GTS, I found a 97 with only 3k miles on it .. I don't know how you guys do it, lol.

I would probably cry if I divided the dollars per mile that guy spent on his viper. A complete waste.

Stricky a good day weekend driver. I have 120 miles on it. I took delivery on Feb 29th.

USMCram 04-08-2012 08:34 PM

DD. Oct 2011. 12k miles right now

iSteve370 04-08-2012 09:08 PM

Just picked mine up Friday. I use mine as a DD, I had the base sport for 9 months and put 13,600 on that one. I personally think the suspension on the Nismo makes it a better daily driver.

Honestly I was giving the thought of giving up my car for the Nismo but love my interior goodies but the Nismo exterior looks amazing. Honestly do you feel a big difference between the base sport and Nismo other than the exterior? Is the 18hp noticeable or does it grip that much better than a regular Z?

iSteve370 04-09-2012 07:08 AM

I had no mods at all on my sport, so I immediately noticed a big difference. The throttle delay was gone, much closer throttle response to the 350Z. I noticed like other members here said when you get springs the ride quality/how smooth she is improved greatly. Much less body roll as well. I'd recommend driving one if you kind find one out there, it may just be me. It just happened to be a last minute thing I did, I was online about to order exhaust and springs the night before I bought it.

I own a Nismo and just went with a friend that bought a 370 touring edition. I drove his. I dont think you will really notice the 18HP difference too much. But the handling is much different. I like how the Nismo feels like its a part of the road! They both have the strut bars but the suspension is a huge difference. If you like a softer ride, take the regular 370z. But if you like the looks and the handling, take the Nismo!

I dont know if its just me, but I dont really care for automatic seats, and I prefer cloth over leather.

pNuephious 04-10-2012 09:38 PM

I picked up my 2012 in Nov last yr. Used as a DD for about the first month but been trying to slow down since. Just broke 5400mi two days ago.

Flaguy 04-12-2012 11:32 AM

I drive on the weekends and to the gym several times a week. I bought mine used in Jan with only 1300 miles on it. The drive home was 800 miles. And it sits at 4800 now. It's a 2009!

tanamerra 04-12-2012 02:09 PM

My 2010 has 8500 miles and drive it mostly in the summer and other nice weather days. Have Fusion hybrid as my daily driver.

09 Nismo#400 04-12-2012 04:54 PM

My 2009 only has 2800 miles on it. It does not get out much.

MacLean 04-12-2012 08:12 PM

I will get my '12 Nismo tomorrow. I'm planning on driving it on nice days & on the weekends. When the Nismo is not being driven it will be resting in the garage. I have a '10 Fusion that I have been driving as my dd.

Wow dude. That is nothing at all! I don't know how you do it.

DCNISMO 04-12-2012 10:25 PM

I get my Nissan motorsports intake, berk hfc, oil cooler and ss brake lines next week and I plan to run the piss out of it after it's all installed.

Shamu 04-12-2012 10:49 PM

I bought mine December of 2010 and it has 10200 miles.

dollface15 04-13-2012 12:35 AM

I purchased my Z34 in early January 2012 and shes currently a few hundred miles shy from hitting 3K miles. I try to use her as a part time dd to not neglect my 04 Z33. It's not easy!

I drive mine every single day it's not torn apart for some modification. Bought this guy to drive baby!

takjak2 04-26-2012 10:15 AM

'09 coming up on 40k miles. Less than two weeks ago I drove from the far side of Nashville to Jupiter, FL then Ft. Lauderdale, then Miami, spent the weekend on Homestead speedway, on Monday drove to Jacksonville and was at the Atlanta Aquarium before lunch on Tuesday. I made it to Myrtle Beach that night and then home to Norfolk, VA on Thursday. Last Friday I went up to DC, and was back home on Monday.

I love to drive my NISMO.

I'm assuming you bought it new considering that the '12 rolled out Fall of '11. If so not too bad at all & you are avg. a little over 2k a month on miles.

heebus 04-27-2012 01:08 PM

My baby is 3 months old today. ~4400 miles.

USMCram 04-27-2012 01:35 PM

Here I was thinking it was pretty brutal as far as mileage goes.

No DD I have 16000 thrilling soaring with the eagles flying low miles. Not a single day goes by without several compliments or "Woah WTF is that car" stares. Def a keeper for my Nissan collection ;)

printingray1 04-27-2012 03:08 PM

About 26000 miles on my GT-R 2009 got in 2011. Use it everywhere.

Really doesn't have to do anything with having miles on a Nismo Z.

Raw_Shark 04-27-2012 11:00 PM

Just hit 30,600 miles on my 09. It hasn't rained much lately here, so I can't stop driving it. I've had it for 6 months and it still gives me a giant idiotic grin every time I drive it. I'm not a morning person, but no **** I find myself waking up extra early so I can take the scenic route to work.

NismoZ34 04-27-2012 11:32 PM

I bought my Nismo in July of 2010. It was my DD for about 1 year and bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited as my DD now. Now the Nismo is a weekend nice day car. This July i will have it for 2 years and it currently has 10,250 miles

I bought mine in March '10 and it is at 8100 miles. Doesn't come out of the garage if it looks like it might rain. Love the car and it gets a ton of looks and comments.

Had mine since April 4th. 102 miles on it, 40 of that was coming home from the dealer. It's so damn pretty I don't want to drive it and mess it up.

It's a Nissan, not a Faberge egg. Cars are meant to be driven. Get out there and enjoy it!

I thought the same thing and was worried to drive it. I bought mine in March, only 2 months later and I have 2300 miles on it. The car looks the exact same as when i bought it!

I say drive it.
