Nope, I had them powder coated. The door handles and emblems were all painted at a shop. Not a fan of plasti dip at all.

Thanks. As of now its lowered on Tein springs. I have Swift springs and BC coilovers in storage. Not sure which one I'm going to go with yet. I'll get some more pics of the headlights soon.

Gauge 04-24-2012 11:15 AM

MJB, don't suppose you could get a straight side shot could you? Want to photoshop it up so I can see some different color combinations for my own ride.

LakeShow 04-24-2012 12:52 PM

Tein S-tech? It looks really nice. But if you have coilovers you should put them on. I heard all the good things about BC.

+1...... :iagree: The car looks so shinny. You can see the sparkle on the back bumper in the first pic.

franco check those front springs, that wheel gap looks a tad high.

koffeegy 05-01-2012 05:10 PM

:iagree:

You prolly still have your shipping spacers on that the dealer never took off. A quick turn of the wheel and a looksee is all you need to do.

koffeegy 05-01-2012 05:13 PM

Also check into a front license plate holder called the "mower axel" I think. That way you can bondo those holes the drilled into your front bumper. I cringed when I saw that! I told my dealer not to badge mine or even wash it for that matter. I did the first detail myself.

Thank you for that . I would have never guess this in a million years. I just thought it looked like this. I've had the car for 1300 miles already .

I was so pissed when my dealer put the plate on even after I told the, not to .

I'm supposed to be going back to see what they can do about it .

I would see about them replacing the front bumber on a $40,000.00 plus sports car that they just drilled two holes into without the consent of the owner. I am sure your state law advises that you have to have a forward facing license plate fixed to the front of the vehicle. I highly doubt that it states you have only one option, and that being to secure the plate to your front bumper. Best of luck and let us know how they will resolve this problem. This is just my two cents, but I would not settle for second best either. I would even consider taking this all the to corporate if need be.
