can someone post a close up of their 370Z emblem on the back of their nismo. I recently had mine repainted due to the paint peeling off and i dont know if they put the right emblem on. I thought it was chrome like the rest of them.

It is. I'm about to go wash my car, I'll snap a detail pic.

Metallic silver same as other 370Z trims, but not chrome like the nismo badge is.

Ok i finally had time to take picture of the body shops handy work. I didnt sign anything at Nissan and told them I am rejecting the work and already spotted the decal. After further inspection this is what I have found. 370Z decal isnt right, im still debating if the Z is supposed to have bumps but from the look of your pictures no. The 370Z decal is off center and the 7 is bigger than the 3 and 0. The Z is also off center. The front Nissan decal is improperly fixed and off center. I really should put an advertisment out for this body shop who did my work. Also want it repainted after noticing some areas that have bleeding and marks..... I dont know tell me if im crazy.

the Z is from a 350Z


Edit: The 3 and the 0 could also be from a 350Z since they are smaller than the 7

That explains it Ron, i guess I have a 360Z now.lol Thanks for the help guys if you dont mind im going to use these pictures in reponse to my original post and use them as proof for my complaint. Also I suggest everybody here do a complete inspection of all their bottom pieces of their NISMOs and look for peeling around the seems.

No problem man. I hate when shops or retailers try to pull crap like that on customers "oh we'll just stick this here and he'll never know... It's close enough" :shakes head:

Either those guys tried to pull a fast one or the tech that performed the work has horrible attention to detail. You would think that he would have noticed the size difference or the numbers and difference in the "Z". Sorry to hear about your issue. Hopefully, you will get squared away soon.

They are hks hipermax coilovers. The rear were maxed out and the front were 3/4 down.....was too low to drive so I had to raise it up some. =(

get a BEATER...
