haha. i am thinking if it is that easy to dent it, maybe those paintless dent remover guys could un-dent it because they work on more difficult stuff and the price they charge should be less than the price to replace the whole aluminum kick plate.

recently, i got me a new VW for daily driving. i didn't notice it when i picked up the car but there was a very light dent on the hood. i didn't think it would be possible to remove it because the dent was so light but i tried my luck anyway and made an appointment with a PDR guy. He undented it in about 5 minutes and made me a very happy camper.
