I was thinking on getting both pieces in order to extend the stillen one. But I
 myself lol, now that you mention it they do have a 300mm (11.8in) long piece that will work, I think the minimum you need for clearance is 10.5in so its just a matter of shortening it so that the plate does not stick out too much. Then just attach a metal plate to the other end and that's it! Website says $14.40 for the 12inch stud. I emailed them for pricing on those pieces I posted before but they have yet to answer.
