Stillen front plate bracket... does it fit?

^^ Kind what I was thinking about, but I'm not running the Stillen tow hook plate mount. If someone has it and doesn't mind measuring how much clearance they need,

Can someone just fabricate one for the Nismo already and sell it so I can rip the dealer permit off my windshiled? Until I find a solution it will remain on my windshield and I'm not mounting any plates front or back and will keep my fingers crossed =P
