NISMO 370Z Front Tires and Ride Height

NISMO owners,

I see the NISMO Z has 19x9.5" wheels and 245/40 tires. Is it much of a stretch up front? I have GT-S with 255/35 tires, and it's a nice fit. However, this might be a smaller wheel diameter overall.

Also, excuse the laziness since I didn't find the info offhand, is the ride height much different than the stock 370Z?

After learning lessons with my current wheel and tire setup, I'm looking for something optimal (i.e., more sidewall and maybe shrinking the gap). Therefore, I may try to get similar tire setup as the NISMO Z. As for lowering the car, everyone suggested it, but I'm not excited about it either.
