Hello Z owners. I traded my 2015 auto tour sport roadster in 1 year ago for a 2016 z51 c7 corvette. Fast forward GM may purchase my car back and refund my payments due to their nationwide auto8 transmission issues, long story there. Anyways if I get a "do over" I will be purchasing a 2017 red Nismo auto Z. I loved my Z in the past and I love the Red Nismo. I will keep Z owners here updated. I'm sad in some ways that my 99k corvette has issues know to GM. In a way I will win, cut my payment in half and I get a car I can tune easily and enjoy. Thanks for listening

Good choice with the Nismo. Same amount of fun at half the price and no reliability issues. I haven't regretted it for a second. And as a bonus, I have a car that is rarely seen anywhere. I feel like I'm part of an exclusive club. Corvettes have now become way too common.

I feel for you. Nothing worse than paying big money for a car only to have it break down with a known problem. I always liked the C7 but there were two things that kept me away. Of course, money was the first. The second was reliability. I was always worried that based on the fact that 100% of the car was completely brand new with an enormous amount of electronics, it would be plagued with issues.
