Thanks!! I took it for a drive today in a well known twisty road, ah was it fun. Not used to the transmission or the overall feel of the car. I guess an 1800 mile drive in two days will help! :icon17:

Oil temps only went to 220. During the 1400 mile drive to Kansas City I saw similar temps but consistently lower since it wasn't so hot.

First thing first, make sure the dealership had removed the front spring spacers, especially for the upcoming long drive

And get a clear bra

I second the clear bra - i got the bra ONLY on the front bumper - costed me $400 but saved a world of pain. I didn't get my hood wrapped and you can see all kinds of rock chips right where the bra stops.....it's still a good excuse to buy the VARIS hood though now :)

I definitely agree the bra will help a lot. I will do so as soon as my next check comes in lol
