Carvana has a no questions ask return and/or replace policy, there should be no problem on this.

If you are going through this much trouble - just walk away from it. Worse case would be to take ownership of it and then find out something is missing/poached/damaged etc and then being 'stuck' with having to add more $$ on top of the purchase price/shipping cost.
If you do decide to go with this - are they refunding you for the shipping fee since what you were told/shown via pics is NOT what was delivered and all the unnecessary BS you are having to go through?

***UPDATE***

Just found out that the driver's side rear tire was mounted in the opposite direction. Highways were wet and damn thing was pulling all over the place...

Well, here is my dilemma. I don't think i'll be able to find a low mileage 14' Nismo in red. I did call them out on these things. Especially the fact that I had to go an hour out (twice) and pick it up.

They keep to their "no haggle" crap. i asked for a delivery refund. The best they can do is take care of the concerns I gave them and we will have to see from here. But... only 7 days?

Other than that, the engine is sound. Just another annoying car purchase.

Wow this is a complete opposite of my experience with Carvana, interesting. Best of luck to you. It should be an easy return and money back. Just walk away. Something better out there is waiting for you.

Regular CARVANA practice should be taking pictures of every little, I mean tiny tiny tiny, imperfections. This is bizarre.

Could have happened in transport, not to stick up for them. Guy at the depot told me that a lot of times, these cars get dropped off in the middle of the night/early hours to the local depots.

Objectively:

If this car was in perfect condition, what’s the max price you would pay?

At current price, is there enough room for you to fix the stuff that bother you, before total $ becomes ridiculous?

Or buy 09-13, then paint the lower trims that dark grey color, might be a better option (I assume your heart is set on the 2014 look).

Considering the price is close to $30 - there is this one (granted I would look to see about removing the stupid stripe down the middle) but it is probably the nicest red color made for the Z (my opinion since I love the magma red color):

Don’t get me wrong - the car from Carvana is beautiful and it is the last year of the ‘numbered Nismos’ but still - like someone asked earlier - if you are sold on this car bc of the low mileage and the fact it’s the last year of the numbered Nismos - then have a price in mind of what you would be willing to spend to get it in YOUR satisfaction. Good luck with whatever you decide.

So update after storing in the winter.

I did a paint correction, ceramic coating.. wet sanded and polished the front bumper. Put about 1K miles and loving it. Matches well with my red 07 350z Nismo. Carvana did keep to their word on their warranty. Alignment, fixing e-brake, etc...

with the Carvana warranty, made the experience a lot better.

(Although i went to the dealership for the alignment... i took a before and after picture of the miles, they had my z for 2 days and i saw 40 miles put on it. I flipped out at the service guy for this)

God, that's some dedication. I would of walked away as soon as I saw poached parts, damaged body panels, curbed rims and tires put on the wrong way ect.

Just proves some people are willing to walk through hell or high water to get what they want.

Glad it all worked out OP.

Still, this experience scared me away from ever doing online car buying with delivery services.
