Hey hey

Im new to the site, although not new to this type of forum. I was on Newtiburon.com, which is the Hyundai Tiburon site, just like this one. Im here in Germany, Southern Germany actually. I do not own a 370z but I saw someone who had one, and long drool session short...I fell in love. I probably wont get one until spring time, but just seeing what kind of community is out there, maybe learn a few things about the car and some of the performance parts that are going to be out there. I have a 2005 Hyundai Tib...badged as a Tuscani(Korean name of the car), but its collecting dust in NY in my dad's garage...trying to sell it. please no jokes about the tib..lol..yes I know it isnt that great of a car...haha actually dont mind jokes. Anyways, look forward to getting the car...just playing the waiting game...blah...hate waiting.

Looks like you're one of few that will find the 155mph electronic limit on Z unacceptable.

Last time I was in Germany, I was being driven from Heidelberg to Frankfurt to catch a plane. The driver was complaining about the BMW 5-Series ("Diss karr ist NOT up to Heidelberg standards!!!") all while driving at some insane speed.....the car felt planted, I could not understand his angst.

Lol...sounds familiar. Taxi drivers are crazy around here...Germany...land of the Lazy Polizei. Unlike in America...you can speed past the police as long as your not swerving or being stupid(with the exception of going fast...lol). Germany relies on Speed camera's to catch speeders

From what I remember thats ONLY in posted zones which are close to the cities otherwise the autobahn has no posted limit.

This is true...HOWEVER,...and this is where they get you, the recommended speed is 130 kmh in the no speed zones, so if they determine that your going faster then that and you wreck or someone veers into you...you still get in trouble...even if the other person caused the accident. So while there are the no speed zones, they still have a recommended limit, not to mention your lucky to have a nice long stretch with unlimited speed. They like to do the BS of Unlimited...down to some slow *** speed then unlimited then slower speed...so on and so forth...kinda annoying.
