Welcome to the forum. What you have listed sounds great. Maybe add spaces to the mix. I'm not crazy about the s-tune lip though. There are so many better options

Welcome to the forum.
What you have listed sounds great. Maybe add spaces to the mix. I'm not crazy about the s-tune lip though. There are so many better options you could go with IMO. I don't know enough about the Tein springs, but I hear the Swift springs are pretty good. Those give you about a 1.5"/1" drop. Any more & you will likely need a camber kit. Coilovers would be better though. There's plenty of info on this site. Just do a search.
