ok so just got back from the dealer and it was a joke, they wanted to offer me $1500 for my cobalt which is listed as being worth about $3600

ok so just got back from the dealer and it was a joke, they wanted to offer me $1500 for my cobalt which is listed as being worth about $3600 on Kelly Blue Book. Anybody have any suggestions on dealers that will offer a realistic price for my trade in?
