I got mine for $35,900, without any vpp deals. If I wasn't in a rush to buy a new car I probably could have gotten it a bit cheaper.

Didn't someone say "a lawyer who represents himself, has a fool for a client"

...so going to court over a he said she said disagreement only seems like the lawyers will get anything out of it.

They probably wrote it up, so I doubt it's just 'he said she said.'

But whatever. It's probably not worth the effort for him. I'm just saying that a person shouldn't just let them get away with breaking agreements and acting shitty. A person has recourse.
