Could be a number of things; I would first remove everything from inside rear compartment & ensure nothing has got underneath spare tire/subwoofer or either pieces of the foam.
Ensure tire & tools are down tight. License plate could make noise,could be Exhaust making noise,evap cannister cover....but if your dealership is D**K S***H, that could be your problem. I’m in the Columbia area as well & would be glad to help take a look at it. Just shoot me a pm & we can coordinate a meeting place.
