stepping back into the import world

Hi all. I guess I can say I'm stepping back into the import world very soon. Well, within 6 to 8 months. Before I left, I have owned 91 Prelude,96 and 97 Eclipse GS and an 98 Eclipse GST Spyder, 97 Intergra LS, RSX Type S, 01 and 05 Accord, and 08 Titan. I grew up in Southern Cali and I can remember taking my older brother Super Street magazines and imaging these cars were mine. After being around my military buddies that brings all type of people from different corners of America, I got the American car bite: Hummer H3 and then a '12 Camaro V6. For two years, it was fast enough and it looked great. Then I made the mistake of sitting in my friends V8 and sold the Camaro the next day. Now I been saving up for a 07-08 Corvette but my wife pointed out a 370Z and said you should get that. Soon as I seen it. it took me back to that feeling of me taking my older brother magazines. So I will be getting a 370Z. Since this will be my daily driver and we have two other vehicles (we have 4 kids under 11), I'm not too worried about what year, just has to have mileage under 100K and automatic (wife wants to drive and knees are getting old). I have 6 to 8 months before I can purchase due to me deploying under 30 days but when I can get down time, I'll be checking out this site to learn about what can be done and decide price for what I'm looking for. I look forward to joining the 370Z world.
