Touring gives you leather heated power seats, Bose sound, bluetooth... and maybe some other things.

Touring has leather heated power adjustable seats with suede inserts, auto dimming rearview mirror, aluminum-trimmed pedals, bose stereo with 8 speakers including two very small subs in the spare tire well, blue tooth, xm radio with the shark fin antenna on the roof (fastest way to tell from the outside if touring or not) that's all i can think of off hand.
