May have 370Z in couple of days , Need a question answered

I am in Delaware and have found a 2009 Z in New Jersey. The autotrader add doesn't say whether it has the sports package or not. The dealer does'nt know

The autotrader add doesn't say whether it has the sports package or not. The dealer does'nt know either. ( Its a Chrysler dealer ). It does have the additional front lower spoiler and rear spoiler. Can I assume it has the sports package based on this? ( which also includes the rev limiter and different brakes ) Thanks
